Is there a reduced rate for students and apprentices?
Yes. Students (with a certificate of enrolment) and apprentices (with a training contract or training certificate) pay €39 per follow-up session instead of €49, permanently. It is the same rate, only the proof differs. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Does health insurance cover the costs?
Usually not. Psychological counseling is a self-pay service and not covered by statutory health insurance, as it is not medical treatment in the sense of psychotherapy.
Are there hidden costs or a subscription?
No. You pay per session, there is no subscription and there are no hidden costs. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies after every session, and no account is needed to book.
What do the session packages cost?
After your first session you can buy a package via your personal booking link: the 3-session package costs €125 (€41.67 per session), the 5-session package €199 (€39.80) and the 10-session package €359 (€35.90). Students and apprentices with valid proof pay €105, €169 and €319 (€35, €33.80 and €31.90 per session). The volume discount is somewhat smaller at the reduced rate, because the reduction is already included. The tariff evidenced at the time of purchase applies.
Can I cancel session packages?
Yes. Session packages are valid for 3 years and can be cancelled at any time without giving reasons. You then receive back the share attributable to the sessions you have not yet used: every open session is refunded at the per-session price of your package. Unused sessions do not expire within the three years.
Does the first-session price apply if I come back later?
The first-session price applies once per person. If you have been with us before, you book at the follow-up rate. However, if your last session was more than twelve months ago, the first-session price applies again. If you used the money-back guarantee, your claim to the first-session price remains.
What does the second session cost?
Your first follow-up session costs €29 if you book it within 14 days of your first session. After that, each further session costs €49, or €39 at the reduced rate. The price applies once per person and regardless of tariff. For students and apprentices the sequence is therefore: €25 for the first session, €29 for the second, €39 after that. What counts is when you book, not when the appointment is: you can still schedule it for later.
