Withdraw from contract
You may withdraw from a contract concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. This function lets you declare the withdrawal directly online. You will then receive confirmation of receipt by email.
The full conditions are set out in our withdrawal instructions. If you only want to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please use the links in your booking confirmation — that is something different from a withdrawal.
